User Management

PRE-REQUISITE

User must be assigned ot the Role Collection PartnerflowUserManager or the PartnerflowAdmin tile. For more information: Security.

Users can be maitained via the "User Management" tile.

In this application, you can:

  • Provision new users
  • Update user information
  • Delete users
  • Assign users to groups

User Group Assignment

User Groups are maintained through the Configuration Cockpit, where each group can be marked as a "Basic Group".

  • Basic Groups are groups that are assigned to users to perform basic functions within the workflow. For example: "Partnerflow Internal User", "Partnerflow Requestor" or "AP Finance - US". In order to assign a user to any basic group, you must have the PartnerflowUserManager Role Collection.

  • Advanced Groups (where the "Basic Group" setting is set to false) allow users to have more access and perform more advanced functions with Partnerflow. For example: "RF_Partnerflow_Configurator". In order to assign a user to any basic group, you must have the PartnerflowAdmin Role Collection.
